Panic spread in Batamaloo locality of Srinagar city on Saturday afternoon after a loud bang was heard in Batmaloo area.
Reports said that due to a loud bang panic spread among the residents in the locality.
While locals from the vicinity said that there is panic in the area, however no sign of any damage is seen and no one is hurt.
Meanwhile, an official said that nothing untoward has happened and it may be sound from the crackers.
