Luck Saves Policeman; Trigger Was Hit, No Bullet Came Out

In what could be termed as sheer luck when an unidentified gunman placed his pistol on the head of a police constable in South Kashmir, hit trigger, but no bullet came out.

Police sources told CNS that Constable, Touseef Ahmed was standing guard near K.P road Islamabad near S.M.Crossing when an unidentified pistol borne youth appeared before him and placed his pistol on his head.

Eyewitnesses told CNS that policeman turned pale and he didn’t move for a while, however his luck saved him from the death.

“As the youth hit the trigger, no bullet came out and suddenly the pistol borne youth slipped from there and disappeared. The policeman for a moment fainted and his colleagues gathered around him and took him to General Bus Stand police post where he is deputed,” sources said.

A police official while confirming the incident said that the hunt has been launched to trace the assailant.
