SRINAGAR: Ghulam Ahmad Rather, elder brother of CPI(M) leader Mohamad Yousuf Tarigami, breathed his last today at SKIMS after a brief illness.
The Nemazi Jinaza will be offered at his native village Tarigam, Kulgam today evening.
