After visiting  Zunreshi Chowkibal Kupwara in the north, and Aripal Tral, Pampore in south Kashmir, Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front chief Mohammad Yasin Malik said that the government is destroying our houses, families and we as a nation are duty bound to rebuild them again.

The spokesman said that Malik along with a delegation comprising of Noor Muhammad Kalwal, Mushtaq Ajmal, Bashir Ahmad Kashmiri and others started their journey on Monday morning and reached Chowkibal Kupwara early morning, where he straightaway went to Zunreshi Chowkibal Kupwara and met with the family of Muhammad Sadiq whose residential house was blasted and burnt down to ashes by an army and SOG of Jammu Kashmir police in 2014.

On Sunday, Malik reached to Aripal Tral where a family of a Ghulam Nabi Ganie, a painter by profession was “vandalized” by the government forces on November 10, 2018, as their residential house and “cowshed along with a cow and calf were put on fire”.

The spokesman alleged that the government forces not only damaged their house but also destroyed their crops and “looted” walnuts from the house. Malik also met with the family of slain Muhammad Amin at Pampore Kashmir and expressed solidarity with the bereaved family.
