SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Police on Saturday arrested a person for firing with his licence pistol during a marriage ceremony here.
One Moin khan S/o Ghulam Mustafa khan R/o Peerbagh arrested for firing from his licensed pistol during a marriage ceremony in Aloochibagh and endangering lives of others. A police spokesman in a statement identified the man as Moin Khan son of Ghulam Mustafa Khan of Peerbagh has been accused of endangering lives of others during the ceremony in Aloochibagh here.
“The person is habitual offender in this regards,” the police said in a tweet said, adding, “FIR no 83 (has been) registered in Police Station Shergari and pistol also seized.”
