SRINAGAR: In a bid to end his life, a man consumed some poisonous substance at his home in Anantnag, a police spokesman said.
Withholding the identity of the man (normally a practice for women only), the spokesman said, he is a resident of Achabal. After his attempt was detected, he was shifted to hospital for treatment where from he was shifted to SMHS Hospital, Srinagar for further treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard
