A 45-year old man committed suicide by jumping into a river in north Kashmir’s Kupwara on Wednesday.
According to reports, a 45-year-old man committed suicide by jumping into a river at Tresse Nutnusa area of Kupwara on Wednesday.
Following the incident locals and police in a joint effort fished-out the body.
The deceased was identified as Mohammad Shabaan Bhat son of Mohammad Subhan Bhat resident of Tresse Nutnusa.
Meanwhile, police in this regard has registered a case and further investigation has been taken up.
