A 45-year-old man drowned in river Jhelum in Kakpora area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Reports said that a 45-year-old man identified as Ali Mohammad Malik of Marvel village drowned when he was extracting sand from Jhelum.
They said that the efforts were on to retrieve the body of Malik.
