A 50-year-old man jumped into river Jehlum in Srinagar Tuesday, police said.
“A man jumped into river Jehlum from Safakadal Bridge,” police said. “Police and locals fished out the body from the river near Chattabal. The body was later identified as of Abdul Hamid Bhat son of Ghulam Mohammad resident of Latter Masjid Safakadal.”
