One person was injured and a residential house damaged in a fire incident in Parimpora, Srinagar last evening, police said on Sunday.
Fire broke out in a house jointly owned by Ghulam Mohammad Mir and Nisar Ahmad Mir, sons of Mohammad Jaffar Mir residents of Gund Hasibut, Parimpora, Srinagar, resulting in a complete damage to the house.
However, fire was brought under control with the help of fire tenders and local police. In the incident Ajaz Ahmad Mir son of Late Ali Mohammad resident of Gund Hasibut received burn injuries. The injured was shifted to JVC Hospital, Bemina for treatment.
Police have registered a case in this regard.
