SRINAGAR: A man died after the motorcycle he was riding went out of control and he fell off in the Mandleek Nagar area of Toph Sherkhania in Jammu on Friday, officials said.
Quoting an official, the news agency KNO reported that the man lost control of the motorcycle near Mandleek Nagar and fell, sustaining injuries.
He was immediately shifted to Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu, where doctors declared him dead on arrival. The deceased was later identified as Parveen Sharma, a resident of Bantalab, Jammu.
Meanwhile, the body has been shifted to the mortuary at GMC Jammu for post-mortem, while police have initiated an investigation into the incident.
