SRINAGAR: A man’s lifeless body was discovered in the Zadibal area of Srinagar district on Saturday afternoon.
According to officials, passersby alerted the police to the presence of the body, prompting a swift response.
The police rushed to the scene and recovered the deceased. He has been identified as Gh Ahmad Malik, son of Gh Hassan, hailing from Alamgari Bazar, Srinagar.
Gh Ahmad Malik had been reported missing since March 21, 2023, adding an element of mystery to this heart-wrenching incident.
Once all necessary procedures are concluded, the body will be tenderly handed over to his legal heirs for the final rites.
