A man skidded from hill while grazing his cattle and died on spot in Karnah while as a man was attacked and injured by a Leopard in Budgam last evening, a police statement said on Friday.
35 years old Mohammad Shafi Kasana son of Sheer Mohammad Kasana resident of Nachian, Karnah skidded from a hill at Kandayar Nachain, in Karnah, resulting in his on spot death. He had gone in the forest area for grazing his cattle.
Meanwhile, Bashir Ahmad Bhat son of Ghulam Mohammad resident of Gogi Thegi Khan Sahib working in forest department as casual labour was attacked and injured by a Leopard in Raiyar forests. He was shifted to hospital for treatment.
