The twin hostels of Sainik School Manasbal, a residential school, gutted in a devastating fire leaving literally 120 inmates on road, reports reaching here said.
Reports said that both the school hostels: the Indira Hostel and Iqbal hostel were devastated in a massive conflagration Sunday evening after fire leaped out of wooden locker room of the hostel. Both the buildings were devastated.
Students alleged that the fire service did not reach in time. Students lost their belongings including their books. They are being shifted to existing four other hostels. Details are awaited. All students are safe.
