SRINAGAR: A massive fire broke out in a residential house in Danderkha area of Batamaloo in central Kashmir’s Srinagar on Sunday late evening.
An official from the fire and emergency department said that a fire broke out in a residential house at Danderkha area of Batamaloo in Srinagar.
Soon after the incident, the fire tenders were rushed to the area to douse the flames, he said.

The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained, the official said, adding there were no reports of any loss of life or injury to anyone so far.
