After specific information about the presence of militants in the area, forces Friday morning launched a massive search operation in Hajin area of Bandipora district in northern part of Kashmir, reports said.
They said troops of Rashtriya Rifles (RR) and Special Operation Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir police launched a joint search operation at Bangar Mohalla, Hajin, in Bandipora following a tip-off about the presence of militants.
The entire area has been sealed and forces have launched the searches in the area.
