According to reports vehicles were left stranded due to a serpentine traffic jam.

“We left Islamabad at 8:30 am and are stranded for the past three hours,” a passenger Fayaz Ahmad told Kashmir Life over the phone.

He said that the vehicles were moving at a snail’s pace because of the jam stretching from Nowgam bypass to Panthachowk.
