Former chief minister Mehbooba Mufti on Tuesday late evening appealed the Union home minister Rajnath Singh to direct the authorities to track the missing Kashmiri student at the earliest.
Taking to social networking site Twitter, Mehbooba wrote: “Cause of grave concern that Ehtishaam Bilal, a student at Sharda University who was assaulted is reportedly missing. Request @rajnathsingh ji to take note of it and direct the authorities to track him at the earliest.”
Ehtisham Bilal (17) a resident of Khanyar went missing from Sharda University, Greater Noida on Sunday, October 28, 2018.
