PDP president Mehbooba Mufti, who reached Delhi today from Saudia Arabia, will be chairing her party’s Legislative Party meeting in Srinagar on Friday.
Sources told KNS that the PDP president will fly to Srinagar on Friday morning and will chair an important meeting with PDP MLAs and MLCs at her Gupkar residence. Sources added that the meeting will discuss PDP strategy to be adopted in the House, which is expected to be stormy as opposition parties have geared up to corner the government on various important issues concerning public cause, social security and peace in the state.

The meeting will be chaired by the senior party leader and MLA Aijaz Khan, who was asked by the party top brass to chair the meeting as Congress’s Legislative Party leader Nawang Rinzing Jora is busy with the elections for Ladakh Autonomus Hill Development Council elections in Leh.
