SRINAGAR: Lt Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday condemned the killing of a Kashmiri Pandit by militants in south Kashmir’s Shopian district.
In a tweet the L-G said the militants responsible for the act won’t be spared.

Meanwhile, LG Sinha visited the Army Hospital in Srinagar to inquire about the health of Pitambar Nath Pandit, who was injured in Shopian attack.

He also inquired about the health condition of ITBP personnel injured in the Pahalgam accident.

Police said that one person belonging to the minority community identified as Sunil Kumar was killed and his brother injured after militants opened fire on civilians in an orchard at Chotipora area in south Kashmir’s Shopian district.
