The shelling has forced many residents from the border areas of Pargwal to leave their homes, prompting the administration to relocate and house them at the camp.

During his visit, the Minister interacted with the affected families, listened to their concerns, and reviewed the facilities being provided. He expressed solidarity with the displaced residents and assured them of the government’s support.

“The safety and dignity of every citizen is our utmost priority,” the Minister said. “We are committed to ensuring that those affected by the violence do not face further hardship. I have directed the district administration to ensure the immediate provision of shelter, food, drinking water, medical care, and sanitation.”

The Minister reviewed the ongoing relief operations and instructed officials to maintain regular health check-ups, proper sanitation, and timely distribution of essential supplies. He also directed special attention to the needs of children, elderly people, and women.

He appreciated the swift response of the district administration, security forces, and civil society volunteers who are working to provide relief and maintain order.

The Minister added that the situation along the border is being closely monitored and that the government is taking all necessary diplomatic and administrative measures to ensure civilian safety and prevent further escalation.
