SRINAGAR: A six-year-old boy died on Sunday after he drowned into a stream at Wagoora area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
Quoting official sources the news agency KNO reported that Faizan Ashraf, son of Muhammad Ashraf Sheikh of Wagoora Chadoora drowned into the stream when he was taking a bath some meters away from his home.
He said that the boy was removed to a nearby hospital wherefrom he was shifted to SMHS Srinagar.
He said the boy was declared dead on arrival at SMHS while further investigation has been started.
