A minor boy was sexually abused by his neighbour in Zarkan area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district.
An official said that they have a received a complaint from a person wherein he has alleged that his minor son was sodomised by a person who happens to be his neighbour.
In response to the written complaint by the victim’s father, an FIR number 39/2019 has been lodged against the accused under section 377 of RPC and relevant sections of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POSCO), news agency GNS quoted an official as saying.
