A minor boy died while two others were injured in two separate road accidents in Islamabad and Budgam.

In Islamabad, a minor boy namely Fawad Ahmad Bhat son of Showkat Ahmad Bhat resident of Zaigund Liver fell from a Tractor bearing registration number JK03E-7413 of Showkat Ahmad Bhat in the jurisdiction of Police Station Sirgufwara Islamabad, resulting in injuries to the boy. The injured was shifted to District Hospital Islamabad for treatment where he succumbed to his injuries. After completion of medico legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites.

In Budgam, a Scooty bearing registration number JK01AB-0439 driven by Mudasir Ahmad Dar resident of Chattbugh collided with a Motorcycle bearing chassis number D6596-H7603 driven by Murtaza Ali resident of Wahabpora at Dharmunna Soibugh, resulting in injuries to both the drivers. Both the injured were shifted to SKIMS Soura, Srinagar for treatment. Budgam police has registered a case in this regard.

Meanwhile, two shops were damaged in two separate fire incidents in Srinagar.

Fire broke out in a shop belonging to of Javeed Ahmad Mir resident of Parimpora at Bund Parimpora Srinagar, resulting in damage to the shop. Fire was brought under control by fire tenders.

In another incident, fire broke out in a shop belonging to Imtiyaz Ahmad Baba resident of Kalamdanpora at Kalamdanpora Zaina Kadal, in the jurisdiction of Police Station  M. R Gunj Srinagar, resulting in damage to the shop. Fire was brought under control by fire tenders.

However, no loss of life or injury was reported in these incidents.
