An 8-year-old boy was hit by an army vehicle-part of the army cavalcade, in Kunan Gund area of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Friday.
Reports said that an eight-year-old boy identified as Fridous Ahmed Sheikh, son of Fayaz Ahmed Sheikh was hit by an army vehicle-part of the army convoy when he was on way to his school near Bilalia Masjid in Kunan Gund. Following the accident, the army vehicle fled from the spot, leaving the minor injured.
The injured student was subsequently taken to Primary Health Centre (PHC) Kunan by the locals where from he was referred to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Kangan for the further treatment.
