SRINAGAR: A leopard lifted a minor girl in a village in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Thursday evening, an official said.
The official said that a leopard entered the village of Harwani during the evening hours and lifted a minor girl who was outside her house.
Following the incident, a widespread rescue operation was launched by police and locals, which continued at the time of filing this report.
