Hurriyat Conference (M) chairperson Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Monday expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of the daughter of “Shaheed-e-Hurriyat” Khawja Abdul Gani Lone and sister of Hurriyat Conference (M) executive member Bilal Gani Lone. Mirwaiz while expressing sympathies with the bereaved family prayed for the departed soul.
A statement of the amalgam said that Mirwaiz due to house arrest since Friday was not able to visit the bereaved family at Sanat Nagar, however, expressed solidarity with the family and spoke with Salmaan Lone the son of the deceased over phone and prayed for the eternal peace for the departed soul.
Meanwhile a delegation of amalgam led by GN Zaki visited the bereaved family at Sanat Nagar and extended message of sympathy and condolence to the bereaved family. The delegation on the occasion held special prayers for the departed soul.
