Two Jammu and Kashmir policemen who decamped with rifles and ammunition in Doda district have joined militant outfit Hizbul Mujahedeen. This was claimed by the Hizb Chief Syed Sallahuddin through a statement issued to CNS.

Hizb Spokesperson Salim Hashmi quoting Syed Sallahuddin while appreciating the decision of these two policemen said that even Special Operation Group personnel have “started understanding the relevance and importance of Kashmir Freedom Struggle”.

“The policemen from Doda district, Bashir Ahmed and Muhammad Reyaz have joined Hizb along with two AK-47 guns and one Insas Rifle. They are the inspiration for those working for Jammu and Kashmir Police. We hope that in coming time, more and more cops in a bid to shatter the haughtiness of pro-Indian actors will join militant ranks,” he said.

“During the meeting it was reiterated that freedom struggle will continue with vigour till it is not taken to its logical conclusion. India should read the writing on the wall. Any more delay will cause immense problems for it.”
