Missing Forest Guard’s Body Recovered in Ganderbal After Four Days

   

SRINAGAR: The body of a missing forest guard was recovered on Monday after four days of search efforts in the Gundroshan area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.

Shameem Ahmad Mir, a forest guard, had gone missing in Nallah Sindh while on duty earlier this week.

His body was recovered from the river near Gundroshan after days of rescue operations by local teams, they said.

Police have taken cognisance of the incident and started further investigation. (JKNS)
