Mobile internet services restored in Srinagar, continues to remain suspended in Islamabad, Pulwama

Mobile Internet service was restored in Srinagar on Saturday after a day-long suspension following the killing of four militants during an encounter in Nowshehra-Srigufwara village of south Kashmir’s Islamabad district.

The service was suspended in Srinagar, Pulwama, and Islamabad district soon after the news of an encounter spread on Friday.

The authorities have restored the serviced in Srinagar city, while it continues to remain suspended in Islamabad and Pulwama district.

Four militants, civilian and a policeman were killed during an encounter on Friday in Nowshehra-Srigufwara Islamabad, while several others sustained injuries.
