In his message, Molvi Imran Reza Ansari described Imam Ali as a timeless symbol of justice, courage and compassion, saying that his life offers a complete moral and ethical framework for humanity, cutting across religious and sectarian boundaries.

He said the teachings of Imam Ali remain deeply relevant in the present times, particularly when societies are facing growing divisions, injustice and moral uncertainty. Citing Imam Ali’s saying that people are either “brothers in faith or equals in humanity,” Molvi Ansari said this principle could help restore peace, mutual respect and coexistence in troubled societies.

The Shia Association president emphasised that Imam Ali’s vision of governance was rooted in justice, integrity and accountability, adding that leadership without compassion and truth ultimately leads to moral failure. He urged people, especially the youth, to follow Imam Ali’s example by prioritising knowledge, ethical conduct and service to society.

Molvi Ansari also quoted Imam Ali’s teachings on wisdom and character, stating that ignorance remains one of the greatest challenges facing modern societies. He called upon young people to resist hatred and narrow thinking, and instead contribute positively to their communities.

Expressing concern over the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Palestine, Molvi Imran Reza Ansari offered prayers for the oppressed, saying Imam Ali’s lifelong stand with the downtrodden continues to inspire believers to speak against injustice wherever it occurs.

He also prayed for peace, stability and harmony in Jammu and Kashmir and across the country, expressing hope that the occasion would strengthen unity and brotherhood among different communities.

Concluding his message, Molvi Imran Reza Ansari prayed that people would follow the path of Imam Ali in both word and action, and work towards building a just, peaceful and compassionate society.
