SRINAGAR: The forces on Saturday found and defused an old mortar shell at Khag forest area in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
Quoting sources the news agency KNO reported that forces received an information that an old shell is lying at forest area of Sutharan Khag.
He said that teams of police and Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) reached the spot and defused the shell.
Senior police official said that police found a shell and destroyed it at the safer area.
Pertinently on July 10, forces defused an old shell at Habber Lasipora forests of Budgam district.
