SRINAGAR: A motorcyclist died after he met with an accident in Pahalgam area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Sunday.
An official said that a motorcycle bearing registration number JK03-0554 driven by Gulzar Ahmad Sheikh, son of Abdul Rehman Sheikh of Laripora Pahalgam collided with a load carrier bearing registration number JK03E-2644 in Pahalgam, resulting in his on spot death.
He said that after the completion of all medico-legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites.
Police have registered a case in this regard, said an official.
