SRINAGAR: The interim bail hearing of jailed MP and AIP President Er Rashid, scheduled for December 12, was postponed once again due to the Judge overseeing the case being on leave.
The Chief Spokesperson of AIP, Inam Un Nabi, confirmed that the hearing has now been rescheduled for tomorrow, December 13. He expressed concern over the repeated delays but remains hopeful for a fair outcome.
“AIP stands firmly in support of Er Rashid and will continue to fight for his rights. We urge all his supporters to keep him in their thoughts and prayers as we await tomorrow’s proceedings,” Inam Un Nabi said.
