Taj Mohi Ud Din (1)Son of Brigadier Khuda Bakhash, Taj Mohi-Ud-Din who comes from southern most part of State and contest from northern most part is having total worth of 19,43,72,448 along with his wife.

Resident of Chaandanwari, Tehsil Boniyar, Taj, 69, in his recently filed affidavit to Election Commission of India has shown total annual income of Rs 45,13,493.

With cash in hand of Rs 1,00,000, Taj has bank deposits to the tune of Rs 1,57,85,378, and owns two vehicles, Maruti Zen(Rs 1,00,000) and Mahindra Xuv ( 13,00,000). His wife who is home-maker has cash in hand of Rs 50,000, bank deposits of Rs 4,87,070  and owns jewellery of gold and diamond worth Rs 75,00,000.

When it comes to immovable property, Taj has 127 kanals of land in Jammu’s Nandni village and valley’s Sedow (Shopian). According to affidavit, Taj has purchased land in Nandni in 1993 for Rs 10,35,000  and has built a farm house for Rs 40,00,000 and has purchased land in Sedow in 1983 for Rs 31,000 and built hut with quarter for guard for Rs 8,00,000. The cumulative current value of two properties  is Rs 5,20,50,000

Taj also has inherited non agriculture land (32 kanals)  in Kathua,’s Village Chak Suna Nupa worthRs 1,60,00,000.

He has commercial establishment in Srinagar’s Residency Road which he has mentioned ‘inherited but reconstructed’ worth Rs 3,00,00,000.

Besides he has residential building at Srinagar’s  Gupkar road and Batmaloo,  Gandhi Nagar in Jammu and Boniyar (Baramulla), total of Rs 6,30,00,000. Taj’s wife owns flat at at Gurgaon purchased in 2011 for Rs 66,00,000 , now having market value of Rs 80,00,000.

Assets apart, Taj has loan liability of Rs 4,18,979.
