Senior NC Leader and former Speaker J&K Legislative Assembly Haji Mubarak Gul has demanded exemplary punishment for the rape accused of a 3-year-old child in Bandipora district.
Gul expressed shock that grown man would molest and defile a kid in turns terming it the most horrendous act ever.
He said that these gruesome and shameful acts are highly punishable adding that those who commit such offences against the children are supposed to be severely punished.
The guilty should be brought to book and hanged in public, he demanded.
Gul urged the Govt to provide psychosocial aid and exclusive medical support to the child and ensure speedy justice to the child and her family.
