SRINAGAR: Amid the speculations that a few senior leaders from North Kashmir may re-join PDP in the coming days, former Deputy Chief Minister Muzaffar Hussain Beigh and his wife, Safeena Beigh, on Wednesday visited the residence of Mehbooba Mufti at Nowgam.
As per media reports, Beigh, his wife, and minor daughter visited Mufti to inquire about the health of her ailing mother Gulshan Ara.
Meanwhile, speculations are rife that Haq Khan, former MP Fayaz Mir, Raja Manzoor, Yasir Reshi and Javed Baigh may rejoin the party.
As per reports, some of these leaders are interested in bringing Beigh back into the PDP fold.
In 2020 Baig resigned from the party following a dispute over seat allocation for the District Development Council (DDC) elections in JK.
