SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday visited the Poonch Brigade headquarters, where he met Indian Army and Border Security Force personnel.
Addressing the forces, he praised their role in neutralising terror sites in Pakistan. He also commented on the economic strength of India and criticised Pakistan for fostering terrorism using borrowed funds.
“Today, the world knows that the Indian Armed Forces destroyed nine terror sites in Pakistan. The entire nation stands proud of your courage and service.”
Sinha later visited Gurudwara Nangali Sahib in Poonch and offered prayers. The visit followed a unified command meeting chaired by him on Tuesday at Raj Bhawan in Srinagar.
