SRINAGAR: National Commission for Women is offering an internship programme to disseminate information on women related issues.
The portal is open throughout the year.
There are two categories of internship- paid internship for a period of 30 days and unpaid internship for a period of 60 days.
In case of paid internship, the interns will be paid a stipend of 10,000 INR per month.
Students of second year of 3-year LLB Course or 4th/ 5th year BA LLB Courses and 2nd year student of PG in Sociology/ Social Work/ Gender Issue/ Women Studies/ Gender Studies/ Students of LLM/M.Phil./ PhD Scholars/2nd year of MA (Psychology) or M.Sc. Clinical Psychology can apply.
The documents required for applying include CV/Resume, Letter of recommendation and Statement of Purpose.
