According to Chairman District Legal Services Authority Kulgam, a National Lok Adalat will be held in the district court complex on March 9, 2019.
Cases pertaining to bank recovery, electricity dues, criminal compoundable offences, traffic challans, family disputes, land acquisition cases and other public utility services shall be taken up for adjudication.
The interested litigants are informed to approach presiding officers of the concerned courts of District Kulgam where their cases are pending for disposal to refer them to the said forum by or before March 9 so as to list their cases in the proposed Lok Adalat for their amicable settlement.
