SRINAGAR: Senior BJP Leader Devender Rana, while interacting with a gathering during the weekly public hearing at the BJP headquarters in Jammu, expressed that Naya Jammu Kashmir embodies hope, progress, and inclusivity.
“It ensures equal rights, opportunities, and development for every citizen of Jammu and Kashmir, regardless of religion, region, or caste, in line with the principles of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas’,” he said.
Rana highlighted that the new trajectory of the growth story has been in progress since the abrogation of Article 370 for over four years, gaining new impetus with the renewed initiatives set in motion by the Prime Minister during his recent visit to Jammu. “The opening of doors for investment, infrastructure development, and job creation will uplift the lives of millions of residents, particularly the youth. The transformation of Jammu Kashmir under Modiji is being recognized across the political spectrum, a matter of pride for every citizen in this part of the country.”
Rana detailed the steps taken in recent years to foster peace, which have led to bustling economic activities and propelled Jammu and Kashmir towards comprehensive development. He underscored that the revocation of Article 370 has eliminated all obstacles to attaining this cherished goal.
He further highlighted that every sector of society is now reaping the benefits of schemes and welfare programmes that were previously inaccessible for approximately seven decades. “Naya Jammu and Kashmir is fast pacing towards emerging as the crowning glory of the country, where each individual, irrespective of caste, creed, religion, or ethnicity, has been equitably empowered.”
“The government’s focus on good governance, transparency, and accountability has ensured that the fruits of development reach every corner of Naya Jammu Kashmir. The empowerment of local bodies and the participation of youth in decision-making processes will further strengthen the democratic fabric of the region,” he added.
