As per a party statement speaking to party workers at Nawa-e-Subah Complex in Srinagar, Farooq Abdullah said that NC has rendered its services to the common masses through the ups and downs of history and has never absolved itself of the role of being the bulwark that protects the political, social, cultural and economic interests of the State of Jammu and Kashmir.

Farooq said that the Omar Abdullah led government had made huge strides in areas of infrastructural development and economic growth in the last five and a half years, in line with NC’s glorious, unquestionable track-record of working relentlessly for the interests of the common-man.
