Er Rasheed in Handwara

While addressing various meetings in Handwara today Rashid said that Omar has every right to seek a decisive mandate for his party but owes a moral responsibility to explain what happened to the huge previous mandates especially the one his party got in 1996 after violence had hit the state so badly.

Rasheed said that the question is not who reaches corridors of power but the issue is will sufferings of Kashmiris end in near future.
