SRINAGAR: The army has detained a person moving around in a suspicious manner in a Poonch villager near the Line of Control (LoC).
A quick enquiry revealed that the person is Shiv Kumar, a 30-year-old resident of Nepal. He is said to be mentally challenged.
The detention took place in the Dagwar sector. He was taken for a medical check-up that proved him mentally unsound. Now the police have his possession.
