SRINAGAR: The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) is offering an online internship for university students focusing on the need for the protection and promotion of human rights.
Students studying in the third year and onwards of any integrated 5-year PG course or students in the third/final year of a graduation course in any stream are eligible to apply.
The internship will span two weeks, starting on 29th April and concluding on 10th May 2024.
A minimum of sixty percent marks in class 12th and subsequent years is required. Additionally, candidates must submit a comprehensive Statement of Purpose for joining the NHRC online short-term internship along with an application form.
The necessary documents for the internship include academic transcripts, a statement of purpose, and a recommendation letter.
Upon completion of the internship, students will receive a stipend of 2000 INR along with a certificate of participation.
