Srinagar

Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front or JKLF chief, Muhammad Yasin Malik, on Saturday said that GoI was issuing NIA and ED  to cow down the resistance leadership to enter into dialogue with its interlocutor.

Addressing a press conference in Srinagar, Malik said that through media he came to know that Government of India’s Enforcement Directorate has issued a notice in his name on Friday. “Till now I have not received the notice in person.”

Malik said that the notice has been circulated through media to intimidate him.

“Let me make it clear to them that I have spent months together in the death cell of Tihar jail. If they think that they will jail me and I will be intimidated, they are fools.”

Linking the notice to the GoI appointed interlocutor, Malik said that this is being done to hold a dialogue at gun point.

He said the intimidations, suppression and coercion cannot pull the resistance leadership to enter into any dialogue.
