SRINAGAR: At least nine people were injured after a Sumo vehicle overturned in the Dachan area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Kishtwar district on Monday, officials said.
The accident occurred around 11.50 am when the vehicle, bearing registration number JK17-8999, reportedly lost control and overturned, they said.
All the injured were shifted to the District Hospital, Kishtwar, where they are undergoing treatment. The condition of the injured was not immediately known.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident and started an investigation. The identities of the injured were being ascertained, officials added. (JKNS)
