SRINAGAR: The National Institute of Technology (NIT), Srinagar, is inviting applications from Indian nationals for temporary teaching positions in various departments, including Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Humanities, Social Sciences, and Management.
Candidates who have completed their Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes with first-class marks are eligible to apply. Additionally, candidates must possess a PhD degree in the relevant subject.
Selected candidates will receive a remuneration of INR 65,000 per month. The nature of engagement is purely temporary for 11 months only.
Interested candidates must submit their applications and self-attested copies of all the required documents to the respective email IDs of the departments mentioned in the official notice. Required documents include Grade cards, Degree certificates, Experience certificates, Category certificates.
