The family of slain Shopian youth, Touseef Ahmed Bhat Tuesday said that they have no expectations from the Government.

“The track record of the Security Agencies and the present Government shows how after every killings culprits are being let free and allowed to continue as a free men,” the father of the slain youth told CNS.

He said that they expect nothing from the government. “We demand the removal of the CRPF bunker located at Gagrin. These CRPF men killed a youth Firdous Ahmed in 2004 and no one was booked for that murder,” he said.

“This CRPF Camp is proving lethal for our youth and it should be removed without any delay,” he said.

He lamented that no one was allowed to visit our home on the Chahrum of Tawseef.

“We had requested authorities to allow the mourners to visit our home, instead tear smoke shells were lobbed in our yard,” he said.
