SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has sanctioned the release of Selection Grade (non-functional) and Special Scale (non-functional) in favour of Masood Ahmad Qazi, a retired Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) officer, with retrospective effect.
According to a government order, the Selection Grade in pay level 12 has been granted with effect from January 1, 2019, while the Special Scale in pay level 13 has been released with effect from January 1, 2023. The decision was approved by the Council of Ministers.
